There are quite a few ways to stop snoring:

The nasal linings may also swell when it is cold and dry. Nasal decongestants maybe used as well to improve breathing. Continuous positive airway pressure may be used for persons who are diagnosed with sleep apnea. The device provides a constant increased air pressure to prevent the airways from narrowing. The device has been proven to improve snoring problems objectively. The main problem with this method is that it is noisy and the machine is big which would give discomfort to patients who get to wear them every night.
